As we move through the early weeks of the year, I’ve been intentionally stepping away from the usual “January reset” noise and instead focusing on something more sustainable: calm, considered support that leaves room to breathe.

At Serene Wellbeing, this season has been about gently refining the way I work, the pathways I offer, and how women can access support in a way that feels spacious rather than overwhelming.

A Calmer Umbrella of Support

Over the past year, Serene Wellbeing has grown into an umbrella of offerings designed to meet women at different stages — emotionally, physically, and practically.

Rather than adding more, I’ve been simplifying and clarifying:

            •          One-to-one hypnotherapy for focused, calm support

            •          Structured programmes like LEAP for women ready for                                      deeper alignment and momentum

            •          Slim with Serene, a solution-focused hypnotic gastric band                            approach

            •          Group experiences, workshops, and collaborations

            •          Digital tools and gentle resources for those exploring                                          change at their own pace

Each pathway exists to support the nervous system — not override it.

Winter isn’t about forcing change. It’s about creating the conditions for it.

The Calm Edit (Soft Launch)

This winter also marks the soft launch coming soon for The Calm Edit — an editorial-style resource shaped by the reflections, insights, and practices I’ve been sharing across my recent content.

It’s designed to be dipped into slowly, offering perspective, calm guidance, and grounded prompts — rather than instructions or rules.

Group Work & Collaborative Spaces

Community and collaboration continue to be a meaningful part of my work.

This year includes:

            •          Ongoing collaboration with Wise Women Global, including EFT-based workshops and a new bi-monthly free online series beginning in March

            •          Well Women 4-week programmes running from February at Soma Balance Studio, Skelmanthorpe with opportunities to bring similar programmes to other local venues from March

            •          Guest speaking and EFT micro-sessions throughout the year at The Big Box Huddersfield.
